Penelope Aitken
Analysis & Policy Observatory (APO), VIC, Australia
Penelope Aitken is the current Editor of APO and is responsible for curated collections, partnerships and supervising the site's content across all public policy areas. Prior to joining APO in 2007 she was the Visual Arts Project Manager at Asialink and steeped in cultural policy, especially during the Australian Government's focus on Asia. Over these years she has maintained a visual arts practice, exhibiting regularly and working with collectives and artist run initiatives. From these perspectives Aitken is both a cultural industry primary producer as well as a disinterested collector of cultural policy resources.
