Richard Dunley is a lecturer at University of New South Wales, Canberra, and was formerly a Principal Records Specialist at The National Archives of the UK. His research focuses on British foreign and defence policy and is currently working on a project to use data from the Foreign Office registry system to conduct a “distant reading” of the archive.
